February Photo Review

February flew by and with it - I hope anyway - the rainy weather.  I'd say California got plenty of rain and it's time for spring and warmth.  I didn't move to west coast to be drenched and cold, right?

Sunflower Natural Food in Fair Oaks

Sunflower Natural Food Restaurant is like a hidden little food gem in the Sacramento region.  Tucked away by the Village Park in Fair Oaks, it offers vegan and vegetarian options for lunch and dinner.  I used to work about 10 minutes drive from the place and it used to be my frequent lunch destination.  I wanted to write a review of this place for a while, because there is hardly any other place in Sacramento area that will satisfy a plant based burger craving like Sunflower.

How I Lived With Rheumatory Arthritis

It is time I begin to tell my story to the world.  Consider this blog a Preface, or Chapter 1 if you will, as it's impossible to squeeze four years into few paragraphs.  It's been about ten years since my battle began, and only few close people saw the real face of the struggle.  But today I can say it was one of the greatest blessings of my life when I was diagnosed with Rheumatory Arthritis.

Why California Coast Should Be On Your Bucket List (Photos!!!)

Today I want to wet your travel appetite.  I had the privilege to live on both East and West coast of the United States.  This is my fourth year of living in north California and I can easily say that I still can't get over how stunning the west coast is.  If you have never been to California's coast, you are missing out on so much! The scenery is just spectacular.  Here are some of my photographs from various trips to the coast, and my reasons why it is absolutely necessary for you to see it with your own eyes at least once in your life!

How To Look 10 Years Younger and Feel Great

Few years back I would get very upset when somebody talked to me like to a high school kid.  This used to happen pretty often and it still does sometimes today.  Nowadays, however, when somebody calls me a kid or asks "what am I in school for", I give them a big 'thank you' and the brightest smile I can muster.  Why the drastic change? Because now, as I'm older, I do everything I know to look and feel as young as possible and I am happy with my efforts.  I can't say I discovered the fountain of youth, but I am going to share with you some of my youth and health keeping secrets. If you wonder what qualifies me to talk about it, well, drop down to the bottom of this article for a photo of me at 36 years old.

How To Have An Adventure Anywhere You Go

I love, live and breathe adventures! Who doesn't love going to amazing places, discovering cool locations and experience new things? But let's face it, how often can we allow ourselves to go on some exotic vacations, or just take vacations at all? Well, one of my goals in life is to be able to have an adventure anywhere I go.

Adventures don't just happen.  You make them happen.  It does take some effort, but it's well worth it.  Wether I travel to a different country or new state, go for a hike, a bike ride or a go on road trip, I make a point to have an adventure.  How? Here are some things that I like to do; see if you can implement any of my ideas and make your next adventure that much more enjoyable and memorable.
