Have you ever had a time when you went to the beach and the weather just threw you a cold and cloudy curve ball? Well, it happened to us just recently!

We planned on creating a lovely sunny Beach Hopping Vlog for you, and we met with this: cold, windy and fully overcast sky. What to do...? We had two choices: either to turn around and try another day, or make the best of what we found. Our adventurous spirits opted for the latter. We decided to go and have fun at the beach anyway!

The beach we went to was Salmon Creek Beach right off Rt.1 on California's coast. I'm sure things look more fun on a sunny day, but we were able to enjoy some fun activities anyway:
-beach jogging
-dune jumping
-sand sliding
-playing with seaweed (check out George's Whip It performance in the video!)
-meet new people
-deep breathing
-playing games with waves
